Awareness begins with a mirror, a collection of self-tests.
This test is not here to flatter you. It will expose the relational posture you actually operate from, not the one you claim to have. Most people spend their adult lives acting out a childhood survival position and calling it “personality” or “principle.” These items will show whether you place yourself above others, beneath them, outside of them, or give up on life entirely. None of these are virtues, they are habits. If the results sting, that means they landed on truth. Treat that as data, not insult.
TA describes four classic life positions:
And expanded variants:
These positions are not fixed, but they shape how you see yourself and others, often without noticing. By taking the assessment, you get insight into your default stance and the chance to explore what shifts could open more balanced, life-giving ways of being.
This self-assessment isn’t just another “fun personality quiz.” It’s a reality check.
This is not an official TA test, but a tool to support personal insight.
