Assessments

Awareness begins with a mirror, a collection of self-tests.

"Injunction" Assessment

What are Script Beliefs & Injunctions?

In Transactional Analysis, script beliefs are unconscious messages we received during childhood about who we are, what we’re allowed to do, and how life works. These beliefs shape our “life script” — the patterns we tend to repeat, often limiting our potential.

Injunctions are specific “don’ts” or rules imposed on us by caregivers or society, such as “Don’t be too successful,” “Don’t express feelings,” or “Don’t ask for help.” These can create internal conflict and block healthy growth.

This questionnaire helps you gain insight into your deeper beliefs about yourself and life. Sometimes we hold unconscious beliefs that limit us, such as the idea that we must always be strong, never ask for help, or that failure is something terrible. These are called script beliefs or life injunctions, rules we learned as children that still influence our behavior today.

By completing this test, you’ll discover how strongly these limiting beliefs affect you. This is not a judgment, but a tool to increase your awareness and to explore where you might want to grow or change.
